Clearwater use External Carriers for all Pool Equipment for delivery to your address. If you are not there at time of delivery, they will leave a card for you to arrange delivery to suit yourselves.

Please check that the correct amount of packages have been delivered, and check them thoroughly for any damages before signing. If any items are lost or damaged, please indicate this on the delivery note when signing.

Clearwater cannot accept any responsibility for lost or damaged goods signed for in good condition.

Please check that you are signing for the correct number of boxes delivered by carrier.

	•		POOL KITS A & B
			Normally within 5 working days or can be collected by prior arrangement.

	•		VINYL LINERS
			(1) The factory takes approx. 15 working days to make a vinyl liner from receipt of order.

			(2) You may provisionally order the vinyl liner with pack A providing you give the measurements in writing on our standard order form, this will allow our factory a slot for the production of your vinyl liner.

			(3) You must confirm in writing within 10 working days the correct measurements for your vinyl liner, the vinyl liner will then be manufactured and delivered to you within 5-7 working days.

			Please remember all vinyl Liners are made to measure and the summer months can add a few extra days to these delivery times.

	•		COPINGS
			If ordered with kit A & B, allow normally 15-20 working days, but in the summer it can be 4-5 weeks, so order your copings early.

	•		COVERS & ROLLERS
			10-12 working days.

	•		BOILERS & / OR OTHER EQUIPMENT
			To be quoted separately.
